What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese system of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Usui Reiki was discovered in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk. Reiki is practiced for relaxation, spiritual development, self-care and to help others. It is not a religion and is available for everyone, regardless of background or beliefs.

Reiki Sessions

Offered in-person or remotely. Both methods are effective as Reiki transcends time and space.
